At StoneShare we are committed to providing the best in SharePoint solutions and services. This commitment includes protecting the privacy of all the personal information in our care. In handling customer and employee personal information, we abide by the following guidelines.

StoneShare limits the collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided to us to only that information that is necessary for our business purposes and to provide SharePoint solutions and services to you. StoneShare retains personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those business purposes and to comply with any applicable laws governing the retention of records.

When StoneShare no longer requires the information for its business purposes or to meet those legal requirements, we will either destroy it or render it anonymous.

StoneShare does not collect, use or disclose personal information about its clients without the consent of its clients, except where disclosure is permitted or required by law.

How Stoneshare Uses Personal Information

StoneShare will not share your personal information without your consent with any organization that would enable the organization to use your personal information for marketing purposes.

StoneShare only uses or discloses your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected, other purposes you consent to, or as required or permitted by law.

StoneShare keeps your personal information as accurate and up to date as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is used.

Regional website information

You can choose the country and Canadian province or territory most relevant to your organization. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 90 days. You can change it or reset it at any time using the region selector.

Vercel hosts this website and receives connection information, including your IP address, when you visit. When you have not already chosen a region and there is no recent result saved in your browser, we use Vercel’s approximate country and province information to select relevant website content. This lookup stays on our website; your browser does not contact a separate location service. We remember the detected country and province in your browser for up to 24 hours. Our regional lookup returns only country and province, without an IP address or coordinates, and does not receive your contact-form contents. We do not request your device’s precise location. The estimate can be inaccurate, particularly when you use a VPN. You can correct it using the region link in the footer.

When you submit the contact form, we use your name, email address, organization, selected region and message to respond to your enquiry. Vercel processes the submission and Microsoft 365 delivers it to StoneShare. Copies are retained in StoneShare’s mailboxes in accordance with the retention purposes described above. We do not record form contents in application logs. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. Microsoft Bookings opens separately when you choose to book a meeting.
